    Arthur Marshall attended Hephzibah High School, located close to his childhood home in rural Richmond County, Georgia, for his first two high school years. Even as a high school student, Marshall excelled to the point where he was named USA Today's Georgia high school athlete of the year. His outstanding field performance in high school football led to the retirement of his number. In 1991, Marshall received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in Athens, where he studied real estate. The University of Georgia was established in 1785, making it one of the nation's earliest public educational institutions. During his enrollment, the university was one of the few that allowed students to pursue a degree in real estate. College football was another highlight of Marshall's tenure at the university. Due to his stellar play, the Denver Broncos NFL team signed him soon after he graduated. Marshall's high school and college education at the University of Georgia laid the groundwork for his success both on and off the field. His outstanding results at both levels indicate his commitment to and enthusiasm for learning and athletic competition. A former NFL wide receiver, Arthur Marshall has donated major to several organizations. Feeding the homeless is one of his most prominent charity projects. He's also been involved with a local Bible fellowship and ministry for over a decade and donated to a vital children's nonprofit. Marshall has substantially donated to affordable housing and down payment assistance programs for low-income individuals and families. Hundreds of young men and women have attended social camps he organized.
